1. The service and your agreement

These terms govern the use of Kinuvi at kinuvi.com and app.kinuvi.com, provided by Northframe s.r.o. By explicitly accepting them when creating an account, you enter an agreement to use the service. Kinuvi helps trainers invite adult clients, build workout libraries, schedule training, receive results and exchange feedback. It is a tool for organising coaching; Northframe does not provide your coaching or medical care.

2. Accounts and access

You must be at least 18, provide accurate details, control your sign-in email and keep authentication codes private. Trainer accounts require approval during the pilot and offer optional two-factor authentication. Clients join a trainer through an invitation, email verification and explicit acceptance. An invitation or an email reply does not itself grant access. Do not share accounts or use another person’s account. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access.

A trainer can pause or end coaching, archive a client or suspend access. These are different actions: archived history may remain retained until deletion is requested, while suspended access blocks viewing protected content. Kinuvi is not responsible for a trainer’s separate coaching agreement or payments.

3. Your responsibilities and content

Trainers are responsible for their qualifications, the appropriateness of prescribed exercise, evaluating client readiness and reviewing results. Clients should report actual results and relevant limitations accurately. Training can carry physical risks; do not continue an exercise that feels unsafe, and obtain appropriate qualified advice when needed. Kinuvi is not an emergency or medical service and does not guarantee a fitness outcome.

You retain your rights in content you upload. You grant Northframe the limited permission necessary to store, process, display, back up and transmit it to the people you authorise as part of the service. You must have the right to share it, including consent from anyone appearing in a video. Do not upload unlawful content, malware, unnecessary sensitive information, material infringing others’ rights, or recordings of people without permission. Do not attempt to access another workspace, bypass security or interfere with the service.

4. Trainer data-processing instructions

For client coaching records, the trainer is the controller and Northframe acts as processor for the duration of the service. The purpose is to store, organise and communicate coaching records for the trainer’s adult clients. Categories include contact details, training plans, results, messages, files and any voluntarily supplied limitations. Trainers must have a lawful basis, provide appropriate information to clients and collect any required explicit consent.

Northframe processes these records only on documented instructions inherent in the service or provided by the trainer, unless required by law. We apply confidentiality, access controls and appropriate security measures; assist with rights requests, incidents and applicable compliance duties; notify the trainer of personal-data breaches without undue delay after becoming aware; and provide information reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance. On termination we return or delete the records at the trainer’s choice, unless law requires retention.

The trainer authorises Supabase, Vercel and Resend as subprocessors for the functions listed in the privacy notice. We will give notice of material subprocessor changes and a reasonable opportunity to object on data-protection grounds. International transfers require an applicable lawful mechanism. Requests concerning processing, security information or an audit can be sent to our contact address.

5. Pilot, fees and availability

The current pilot does not create a paid subscription or an automatic renewal. Any future paid offer will state its price and conditions and require your agreement before charging. Previously confirmed early-access entitlements remain subject to the offer under which they were granted; creating a new account does not grant a historical offer.

The service may change during the pilot. We work to keep it available and protect its records, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Save exports when you need an independent copy. Planned changes materially affecting use will be communicated where reasonably possible. Automated progression proposals are suggestions; trainers must review them and separately publish changes.

6. Ending use and responsibility

You may stop using the service, export available data and request account deletion in Settings or through support. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect security, comply with law or address a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow a remedy. Deletion and retention are described in the privacy notice.

Each party is responsible for damage it causes under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including intentional misconduct or gross negligence. We do not assume the trainer’s responsibility for their professional advice or client relationship.

7. Changes, law and contact

Czech law applies, without removing mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence. Material changes to these terms will be announced in advance where possible. If a change requires new agreement, we will request it. Contact mail@northframe.cz first to resolve a concern. Consumers may also use the out-of-court dispute resolution procedure of the Czech Trade Inspection Authority. The competent courts are determined by applicable law.
